All orders must be paid in full before delivery/pick up can be made. All orders are final sale. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of Crystal’s Cravings, LLC.

To guarantee freshness and to maintain the quality of the desserts, everything is made fresh to order. 

All orders must be paid for in advance and can be either picked up at a predetermined location or delivered anywhere within the Washington, DC region (DC/MD/VA) for a delivery fee. 

Since orders are made fresh, at least 24-48 hours should be given for orders to be fulfilled. We do not offer custom orders, phone orders, or shipping at this time.

Please Note: Crystal’s Cravings bakes using wheat and dairy products, and nut-based products such as almond milk. We strongly caution individuals with severe nut, wheat, or dairy allergies against consuming any of our products.
